Market Observations

February was a strong month in Bozeman.  130 new listings came on the market and 131 homes went pending.  This means that our inventory will continue to stay low.  Overall, active listings are down about 13% from 2018's February, as well as pendings (interestingly enough, the percentage down was the very same at 12.9%).  One might think that 2 major statistics being down would indicate our market slowing, but the average sales price in February was a whopping $601,955!!!  It's never been that high.  What that tells me is that reduced inventory and huge demand drives up prices.

With inventory so low, now is a great time to sell your house.  If we can be of any assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know.
